The Southwest Section of the American Scientific Glassblowers Society invites you to our fall meeting on Saturday, hosted by Adam Kennedy, on November 8th, at the University of Texas Scientific Glassblowing Shop. We have been invited to an “After Party” at the GlassSmith Studio for BBQ, drinks and further camaraderie and more demonstrations.

9:30 – 10:30 Business Meeting/Officer Election – please consider volunteering for office!
10:30 – 12:00 Demonstrations
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch at local establishment(s) (self-pay)
1:00 – 4:00 Demonstrations continued
5:00 – ? Afterparty at The Glassmith – Randall is arranging to have BBQ and beverages available for purchase for those interested in attending.
2025 Section Dues ($15) and meeting registration fees ($10 for Section Members – $25 for Non-Section Members) will be collected during the meet and greet. Payment for the dinner will be accepted at the shop or at the Glassmith.
* Section Dues cover morning coffee and treats and other operational expenses.

We do need to line up a few more demonstrations. Please contact Randall if you would like to do a demonstration. It doesn’t have to be something fancy. We all do things differently and we all want to learn something new!
