The ASGS has Sections for members to gather locally throughout the year. Generally there is a spring and fall meeting scheduled at one members workplace to demonstrate and discuss scientific glassblowing technique or procedures. These events often include live demonstrations and hands-on opportunities to learn.
You can be a member of more than one section but must choose a “section of record” for voting on national matters. Unless you designate otherwise, your section of record will be assigned to you based on your mailing address.
